Community manners

1. Basic manners 

Any impolite behaviors and words such as verbal abuse were prohibited in WEPO community.

so, someone who did impolite behaviors to to the other users will be banned from the WEPO community or be restricted in using WEPO community.

 

●  the list of restricted behaviors

  - Insulting others in conversations, in text massages or in any situations

  - Making threats against other person 

  - Any attempt to advertise improper services or products that should not be deal with in WEPO community or those that not be related the purpose of WEPO community

  - Any words or behavior that can unnecessarily make other people feel uncomfortable

 

2. Transaction manners

for sellers

 :sellers should help buyer to make a decision by offering the information that buyer want to know, and have to as value buyer's time and money as theirs

 

examples of prohibited behaviors for sellers

  • denying to give the information of products without any proper reasons (such as related to personal info)
  • 'No show' : Not  coming to the meeting place, after make as appointment 
  • a false report

for buyers

 : buyers should check all available information before contact to the seller, and have to as value seller's time and money as theirs

 

examples of prohibited behaviors for sellers

  • just ask information about the product and end the conversation without any excusese (called "Malaria" or "Jounalist")
  • 'No show' : Not  coming to the meeting place, after make as appointment (if buyer not come to meeting location, he or she can get deposited money back after 10% fee are deducted)
  • a false report

3. How to react to non-mannered users 

  • Give a waring about non-mannered words or behaviors, and ask the counterpart to correct the problems
  • If the non-mannered acting is continue, after warnning, you should say that this kinds of actions or words are the violation of the regulation, and say that you are going to record this situation
  • record the situation as a proof so that  you can have an advantagious position after reporting
  • If you think the situation can not be solve by words, let him or her know futher communication is impossible and get out of that situation.

4. How to report

  • Using "Report non-manned users" link in the facebook, whatapp group
  • Using "Support → Report users" in hompage or application
  • when you report, you should enclose 'the evidences' such as records or picture of the situation or any other information that can prove your report

5. How non-mannered users to be dealt with

  • WEPO will give them warning 
  • If user has 3rd warning, that user will be discarged from membership and prohibited from accessing the community
  • Other user can see the user's non-manner action report for more detail
  • In case that hard to decide whether the user reported has the responsiblity, WEPO will hold 'a trial' that community member can participate and vote

Respnsibilities in transaction between users

WEPO have to give reliable products and services to users, making them have trustable and comfortable experiece from the transactions in WEPO's community

 

Meanwhile, users has responsibilities tto protect all users in WEPO community

 

1. Seller's and Buyer's responsibilities

  Sellers Buyers
Before payment sellers have to put all important informations of product that can affect buyer's decision making 

for examples
 - product model and memory 
 - price of product and whether the price is negotiatable
 - battery condition (especially iphone)
 - cracks or fractures on body and screen
 - any malfuction on the product

seller have to open some of their personal information that can help the transaction more safe and effective

for examples
 - available location that seller can go to trade (not living area)
 - records and feedbacks of the transaction that the seller has made (such as how many times the seller has been repoted, because did not give enough informations)

seller have to take a picture as a evidence of phone's condition before selling

buyer should put the deposit on the WEPO's safe account to make sure to take back when the transaction is canceled.
(※ if buyer do not use safe deposit system, Buyer have to endure any loss from the transaction)
at meeting place seller have to bring exactly same product with what the seller siad in the post
Buyer have to check the product's condition thoroughly with "Check List for Buyer"

and if find any problem, buyer have to make seller know that as soon as notice the problem 
when using delivery service seller have to make the product in safe condition with protector or cushioning material 

seller have to let buyser know about the delivert information such as delivery ID number or bill for delivering
Buyer have to check the product's condition thoroughly with "Check List for Buyer" after get the product

and if find any problem, buyer have to make seller know that as soon as notice the problem 
after payment Until 7days after buyer get the product, seller have to refund if buyer request a refunding, except in the conditions below

in case that the refund is optinal
 - if the responsibility of the reason of refund is not belong to seller
 - if buyer want to be refunded because of a change of mind without any other reasons 
Buyer can be refund until 7days after get product. 

※ if each user did not follow the regulation and got harmed, WEPO do not have any responsibility on the any loss from the transaction  

 

2. WEPO's responsibility 

  • WEPO have to do best to figure out what happened, objectively
  • WEPO have to make proper guid-lines that can reduce the posibility of scam and let user easily notice and follow thos guid-lines
  • WEPO must try best to help users to find proper way to deal with the situation 

3. How to report user who did not fulfill one's responsibility

  • Using "Report users" link in the facebook, whatapp group
  • Using "Support → Report users" in hompage or application
  • when you report, you should enclose 'the evidences' such as records or picture of the situation or any other information that can prove your report
  • Be sure that you have fulfilled your responsibilities

4. Return and Refund

After payment, sometimes buyer find some problems of product. In this case, buyer can get refund? and how to get refund?

(before payment, buyer can get the money back by using "safe deposit system")

 

when return users can use sevaral ways below :

  • meet and and hand over the product directly
  • hand over to WEPO store
  • delivery ( not recommended )

flaw in product
 - malfuntioning
 - not genuine product (or part)
- fully refund the price (100%) within 24 hours after get notice the flaw of product

- pay all fee for return (such as delivery fee)
- give back the product witin 3days after get refund
small difference condition from what seller said
 - more crack or scratch
- seller can change product to new another one or give refund (obtional) - pay all fee for return (such as delivery fee)
buyer changed mind - seller can accecpt buyer's ask to change the product (optional) - buyer have to pay all cost related to return and resending product
late delivery 
- if seller did not send product within 24 hours from the payment
If buyer want to cencel the trading
- fully refund the price (100%) within 24 hours after get notice that buyer want to cancel the transaction
- buyer can cancle the transaction until seller send the product  
'no show' by buyer - take Max[10%of the price, average transportation fee] - get warning
give product to different person  - seller need to send another same product to buyer within 24 hours after knowing that there was a mistake 

- if seller can not send another same product, seller fully refund the price (100%) within 24 hours after knowing that there was a mistake 
- buyer have to let seller know that as soon as buyer notice that there was mistake on delivering

- buyer have to let seller know that buyer still want to buy the product or not
damage during delivering - if seller has fufilled seller's responsibilities that seller make the product in safe condition with protector or cushioning material, 

seller need to claim about the damages from the delvering company with the evidence that seller did proper action to make safe condition for product before send it

- if seller has not fulfilled seller's responsibility, seller must take charge of the loss of buyer from the damage
 
missing product during delivering  seller need to claim about missing product from the delvering company  

Respnsibilities in transaction with WEPO

 

1. WEPO's responsibility

  • WEPO have to guarantee the same quality and condition of product with what WEPO said in the post
  • if the product has different quality and condition with what WEPO said, WEPO will pay for those differences
  • WEPO's guarantee  6 month from the payment
  • Even when WEPO do not have any responsibility for refund to buyer because buyer cause those problems, WEPO 

2. Buyer's responsibility

  • Buyer must let WEPO know as soon as the malfunctions or different conditions from what WEPO's explain
  • However, if the malfuctions or different conditions are caused by buyer, Buyer can not get refund

(New) 3. about "Reservation Trading"

  • Even there are no poducts in WEPO's stock, buyers can ask WEPO to buy the products that they want to buy
  • To do "Reservation Trading", Buyer have to deposit 50% amount of the price to WEPO
  • After deposit, WEPO start to find the product and all process will take a month on average
  • If WEPO can not find the proper product that buyer want, WEPO have to ask buyer want to postpone the due-date or pay back the deposit
  • When WEPO give the deposit back to buyer, WEPO have to pay all related fee 

Membership

1. What is 'membership'

  • membership for seller
    1. seller who has speciall account, which is possible to sell the products to the others 
    2. seller in membership get gurantees from WEPO that the seller is trustworthy
    3. There are requirements to have membership of WEPO
  • membership for buyer
    1. Alll buyer who have an account, which is possible to look up and buy products in WEPO
    2. no reqirements needed

3. Requirements to become member of seller gruop 

  • seller who has had transaction regularly recent 6month or seller who has own businees 
  • seller must do not have any scam behavior before
  • seller have to pay 5$ per month

4. How to get out of member

  • if seller want to get out of the member, se or she can cancel the membership in anytime
  • Using "Support → cancel membership" in hompage or application
  • Sending E-mail to weposupport@wepo.com
  • After cencelation of membership, Seller's membership will be stop end of the montly payday
