[WEPO] a Draft of Contract for Fixers [English]

WEPO Co. and [Contracter Name] has a contract, which has contents below.

 

Article 1 [Range]

 - This contract will be effective only for the products with requests that WEPO made to [Contracter Name]

 

Article 2 [Product delivery & Acquisition] 

 1. 'WEPO' take products that need to be fixed from customers and delivery those products to [Contracter Name] 

 2. (option1) [Contracter Name] delivery the products that have been fixed to customers 
     (option2) [Contracter Name] delivery the products that have been fixed to WEPO back

 

Article 3 [Fixing Fee]

 1. Fixing Fee is set up per each product. 2. Fixing Fee per each product follow the price below.

• change battery : $_____
• change screen : $_____
• ...

Article 4 [Procurement of part]

 1. [Contracter Name] get parts that is needed to fix the product by own 2. Cost for part needed to fix the phone is charged separately from "Fixing Fee"

 

Article 5 [Commission fee]

 1. After customers paid WEPO, WEPO pay 'Commission fee' to [Contracter Name] 2. 'Commission fee' = 'Fixing Fee' + 'Cost of parts that used to fix products'

 

Article 6 [Responsiblilty of WEPO]

 1. WEPO have to make [Contracter Name] know about the condition of products that is needed to be fixed before WEPO hand over products to [Contracter Name].

• condition : Model, What should be fixed, What customer expect, Another malfuctioning of the product

 2. WEPO have to pay 'Commission fee' to [Contracter Name] right after customers pay service fee to WEPO.

 3. WEPO  have to check whether the product are working properly before products are delivered to customers

 

Article 7 [Responsibility of 're-Creator']

 1. When [Contracter Name] find that products can not be fixed, [Contracter Name] have to let WEPO know that and explain why products are impossible to be fixed.

• in this case WEPO do not give 'Commision fee' to [Contracter Name]

 2. [Contracter Name] have to do his/her best to fix products and if products get damaged  or broken when [Contracter Name] fix products, [Contracter Name] have to pay the price of same model of those products.

• the price of same model of those products : Price needed to buy same model of the product with resemble condition

 3. After products are fixed, [Contracter Name] have to make WEPO check whether products are working properly.

 

Article 8 [Termination of the contract]

 1. WEPO or [Contracter Name] can propose 'Termination of a contract' to counterpart 2. Termination of a contract 

 

Article 9 [Special contract]

 1. If there are other contents needed to be stated at the contract between WEPO and [Contracter Name] other than the contents above, Member of this contract can add 'Special contents' 2. If normal contents and special contents have a conflict, then special contents have a priority from normal contents

 

Article 10 [Discussion]

 1. If there are some problems that are not discussed the contract, then WEPO and [Contracter Name] have a disccussion to solve the problem   2. Discussion have to be done by documents

 

Article 11 [Period of the contract] 1. The period of validity of this contract is from _____________ to _____________. 2. If there are no special objection of this contract, then a new contract will be continue with same condition of this constract 

 

WEPO and  [Contracter Name] have a contract that have contents above, and both agree all contents of this constract.After sign, each WEPO and [Contracter Name] will take the document of contract.
