We can not satisfied all customer :)
1. 3 complains about our product's condition
- what is cause of this?
- we did not know whether the buyer have the responsibility of the malfuntioning
- problem : we did not know all the conditions of the product before sending product
- directly inspect all conditions of the product when by our selves from other indivisual
- Trading only with the seller in Korea who can trustable not indivisual
- How about give them after service
- change product
- give them a troble shooting (or introduce the person who can fix the phone to buyer) and if the problem are not caused by buyer than we can pay for fixing fee
2. it is hard to provide pictures of product which is not in the catalog
- problem : different expectation
- make them write form by themselves
3. Some poeple think us as malaria because of late reply, when they asking us about the products that are not in our catalog
- problem : our process = people asking about product => let us know => research => gethering information => let buyer know
- just ask the price at youngsan, and then let buyer know that price of the product is about that level.
- because we will find only the product that is cheaper than yongsan's
4. Many customers complained late arrive of product
- problem : our process + we tried to send product with other orders
- just send product even if it is one product...
- need information
- how long should take, which means how long period the buyers expected to get their product
- even if we inform it will take long time, then buyer still complain about this w
- how much will charge for the product when we send just one product
