Basic

• EACH MEMBER have to understand What WEPO work for and What they work for
• WEPO have to offer EACH MEMBER an opportunity to grow up 

Task

• To do a task, MEMBER should know this
• WHY we have to do a task
• WHAT we have to do in a task
• WHO take the responsibility of a task
• until WHEN a task should be done

Meeting

• the purpose of meeting 
  • sharing the issue : issue only that is related to other people should be shared not issue that I want to share.
  • discussion : solving problems
• Basically, Meeting hour should be done within 30 minuate (if you need more time, than extend)
